It can read one more stdf files and generate all of the Spry chart formats–histograms, wafer maps, paretos, box plots, scatter plots and more. ChartRunner generates graphical analyses and writes them to PDF or PNG files.This is an invaluable utility to make sure your batch processing scripts do not prematurely move or process an STDF file. When called with the name of an STDF file it returns a 0 if the STDF file is finished, a 1 if it is still writing.
